Jason is an attorney with McGrann Shea Carnival Straughn & Lamb, Chartered in Minneapolis practicing in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law. Jason and his wife, Michelle, and their three children live in Otsego with the oldest two currently attending Kaleidoscope. He has a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Jason is the Chair and holds a parent position on the board.

Gene is a Development Manager for Target Corporation. He has B.A. in Psychology and Communications and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University. He also has a M.B.A. from the University of Tampa. He and his wife have 2 daughters with the oldest attending Kaleidoscope. Gene is the Vice-Chair and holds a parent position on the board.

Jamie graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a middle school emphasis in science. Jamie currently is a third/fourth grade teacher at Kaleidoscope Charter School. She holds a teacher seat on the board.

Sharon graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education K-12, Health Education 5-12 and Exercise Science. Sharon is the 6-8th grade Health teacher and one of the Physical Education teachers at Kaleidoscope Charter School. She holds a teacher seat on the board.
